R3's campaign against Crown Preference: Parliamentary mentions (video)

Over the last two years, R3 has been at the forefront of opposition to the return of Crown Preference. As well as working with business stakeholder bodies, the finance community, and engaging with the media, R3 has worked tirelessly to ensure that parliamentarians are aware of the policy's damaging impact.

R3's parliamentary engagement across the Finance Act, as well as the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, led to the profession's concerns being raised over 25 times during debates in both the House of Commons and House of Lords, with the key mentions included in the video below.
