Mylène Boché

Mylène Boché-Robinet – Partner, Boché-Dobelle After more than 10 years experience in the restructuring team of Clifford Chance Paris, Mylène Boché-Robinet co-founded Boché Dobelle in 2019. She advices French and foreign companies in the context of preventive and insolvency proceedings, as well as their shareholders, representatives and administrators, financial institutions, and employee groups. Mylène also assists purchasers in the acquisition of under-performing companies (distressed M&A and takeovers in court). Mylène has recognized expertise in cross-border restructuring. She speaks German and English and teaches international insolvency law at the University of Lyon 3 (ALED Master’s degree). Mylène is president and co-founder of Women In Restructuring France. She is also an executive member of CERIL (Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law) and a director of the International Insolvency Institute. She is also a member of restructuring organizations such as Insol Europe, TMA France and ARE (Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises).
