Matthew is a Director in EY-Parthenon and a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 20 years of experience focusing on solvent liquidations, closure management, and legal entity rationalisation. He holds a first-class honours degree in Applied Accounting and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, having qualified in 2009 with first-time passes in all exams. He went on to qualify as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2015, also passing at the first attempt. Matthew has held an Insolvency Licence since 2020 and has been appointed as the joint liquidator of over 400 UK companies undertaking solvent liquidation.
