Jon is a Director in the Forensic Services team and is based in our London office. He has worked across a variety of sectors where he has extensive experience in questioned documents, digital forensic and forensic imagery. During his career Jon has worked as a forensic expert witness in both civil and criminal cases, for Claimants and Defendants, the Prosecution and Defence, as well as in corporate investigations. He has given expert testimony in The High Court, The Central Criminal Court, as well as other Crown Courts, Coroner’s Courts and Magistrates’ Courts. He has worked across a variety of sectors, most notably technology, where he has extensive experience in questioned documents, digital forensic and forensic imagery. Jon has been involved in many sports personal injury claims involving football, rugby, motor racing, motorcycle sport and horse racing where video recordings of the incident have been analysed and presented to subject matter experts and the Court.
