James is a partner in the Manchester office of Pinsent Masons. He has experience in all aspects of restructuring, distress, corporate recovery and insolvency work, but with a primary focus on advisory roles and transactional restructuring and insolvency. He acts for corporates, directors, lenders, investors, office-holders, public sector bodies and other stakeholders. His sector specialisms include advising on special administration regimes across various sectors including energy, further education and social housing.
