Jack is a Manager within FRP’s Restructuring Advisory team, based in their Brighton office. He joined the firm in 2015 as a Trainee Insolvency Administrator and has become experienced within corporate restructuring, personal insolvency, corporate advisory and solvent restructuring.? Jack works closely with clients to release the value of entities back to shareholders during the winding up of businesses and has experience assisting with a number of property-related fixed charge receiverships, assisting lenders in enforcing their security and realising the charged properties.? His recent assignments include working on the trading administration of a large transport and logistics company based in Cardiff where he supported the management team with the day-to-day operations of the business and the orderly wind down of trade.
