David provides strategic leadership and management of the Practice Team within Professional Standards, ensuring that practitioners receive guidance, advice, and support where necessary. He also provides advice, guidance and support to ICAS Insolvency Licence holders through specialist technical knowledge with the objective of influencing UK and Scottish insolvency policy, practice and legislation.
