Andrew Murphy, Associate Director – Manolete Partners plc Having joined Manolete in 2023, Andrew leads our Scottish portfolio and works with our Southern and Thames Valley network. A qualified solicitor since 2012, Andrew specialises in insolvency and restructuring, with extensive experience acting for insolvency office-holders in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Prior to joining Manolete, he was Director and Head of Insolvency at JCP Solicitors before moving offshore to Appleby’s Guernsey office, where he focused on insolvency and trusts litigation. Following his return to the UK, Andrew joined Blake Morgan’s insolvency and business support team in Reading. Recognised as a “Leading Individual” for restructuring and insolvency in the 2018 edition of Legal 500. Andrew is also an accredited mediator, an associate member of R3, and a regular speaker on contentious insolvency issues.
