Following the introduction of Auto Enrolment most companies now provide at least one pension scheme arrangement for their employees. Due to the sheer volume of pension schemes now found in company insolvencies the risk for Officer Holders has as a consequence grown. This webinar will provide delegates with an in-depth look into the work carried out by the R3 Pension Working Group and the key statutory requirements that need to be addressed.
