How to improve your prospects and manage your risks.

We will hear from members of the judiciary and from lawyers and insolvency practitioners with substantial experience of insolvency litigation. The emphasis will be on practical points for insolvency practitioners and their advisers to bear in mind when seeking to maximise recoveries, including investigation powers and techniques and funding options. There will also be two sessions dealing specifically with stakeholder challenges against officeholders. Anyone looking for up to date legal insight and practical tips on insolvency litigation is recommended to attend this course.
