What to Expect
The North East committee welcomes colleagues from across the region to hear from Robert Clark, Chief Investigator, Insolvent Investigations – North, and Julie Barnes, Head of the Criminal Investigation Team in the North. They will present on current disqualification themes, the use of compensation orders, and civil and criminal investigation proceedings.
Hosted at Womble Bond Dickinson’s offices, the event will also provide an opportunity to network over drinks and a buffet.
