The Future of Insolvency Regulation: Views from the Yorkshire Region

What to Expect

Online Registrations for this event are now closed, please contact the events team – [email protected] – if you would still like to attend.

Outline:

Following the publication of the Government’s ‘the future of insolvency regulation’ consultation, which sets out fundamental reforms to the UK’s regulatory framework for insolvency, R3 is looking to give members across the country an opportunity to contribute their views on these proposals to inform R3’s response to the consultation.

R3’s CEO, Caroline Sumner, and Head of External Affairs, James Jeffreys, will be giving a short presentation on the Government’s proposals and what they mean for the profession, to be followed by an open discussion with attendees to gauge their thoughts and views on the proposed changes. Caroline and James will be speaking to each and every R3 region and nation over the coming weeks. This will be an opportunity to discuss and debate openly what the potential changes will mean to your practice and firm.

R3 and the Yorkshire Regional Committee look forward to meeting members across the region at this first face-to-face event of 2022.
