What to Expect
Following publication of the Government’s consultation on the future of insolvency regulation, which proposes significant reforms to the UK’s insolvency regulatory framework, R3 is inviting members to share their views and help inform its response.
R3 CEO Caroline Sumner and Head of Press, Policy and Public Affairs James Jeffreys will give a short presentation on the proposals and what they could mean for the profession. The session will then open into discussion over refreshments, giving attendees the chance to debate the likely impact on their practice and firm.
Members will also be introduced to the region’s incoming chair, Chris Ferguson, Head of Recovery & Insolvency at RMT Accountants & Business Advisors Ltd.
This event marks the Northeast region’s first face-to-face gathering of 2022.
