The Future of Insolvency Regulation: Views from the Eastern Region

What to Expect

R3 and the Eastern Regional Committee are hosting a face-to-face regional event focused on the Government’s consultation on the future of insolvency regulation and the significant reforms it proposes to the UK’s insolvency regulatory framework.

The session will give members an opportunity to hear an overview of the proposals, consider what the changes could mean for the profession, and contribute their views to help inform R3’s response to the consultation.

Attendees will also hear an update from the Ipswich Official Receiver’s office on its five-year plan, followed by time for open discussion, refreshments and networking with regional members.
