What to Expect

Following publication of the Government’s consultation The Future of Insolvency Regulation, which proposes fundamental reforms to the insolvency regulatory framework in England, Scotland and Wales, R3 is inviting members across the regions to share their views to help inform R3’s response.

R3 CEO Caroline Sumner and Head of External Affairs James Jeffreys will give a short presentation on the proposals and what they could mean for the profession, followed by an open discussion to gather attendees’ views on the proposed changes.

This regional session offers an opportunity to debate openly what the potential changes could mean for your practice and firm. It is being delivered as a virtual event by R3 and the Northern Ireland Committee to make it easier for more members to access and participate in the discussion.
