What to Expect

The R3 Southern & Thames Valley Committee is pleased to invite colleagues to attend our first regional meeting of 2026. We look forward to reconnecting and networking with members from across the region.

The meeting will take place in the upstairs function room of The Empress of Blandings, Hampshire. Tea and coffee will be provided on arrival; should you prefer an alternative, these can be purchased from the bar.

Following the meeting, some members, including committee members, will be staying for dinner at the venue. You are very welcome to join our table. Please note that the dinner bill will be shared among participants, and the option to attend the dinner will be available when booking your ticket.

Please note the following if you wish to stay for dinner:

– You must book in advance and no later than Wednesday 28 January.

– Menu selections must also be confirmed by Wednesday 28 January.

– The meal will be served promptly at 7.45 pm.

The venue is keeping its kitchen open specifically for this event and therefore requires advance orders to ensure food is served on time.
