What to Expect

R3 Southern Forum 2025 will be held at the Marriott Bournemouth Highcliff, bringing together insolvency, restructuring and turnaround professionals from the Southern & Thames Valley, South West & Wales, and London & South East regions.

Under the theme ‘Grounded in the present, eyes on the horizon’, the forum will feature a broad programme of speakers and topics relevant to professionals across the sector.

A gala dinner is included with the Southern Forum ticket and will take place on Thursday 20 March, beginning with a welcome drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner.

The dress code for both the forum and the gala dinner is smart casual.

Delegates can claim 4.5 CPD hours.

The gala dinner will also include a charity raffle, with firms invited to donate raffle prizes.

Accommodation is available for delegates on Thursday 20 March, and early booking is recommended as spaces are limited.

Topics include current and emerging threats, industry trends, how a cyber incident can contribute to insolvency, where cyber risk comes from, how to reduce the risk of cyber crime, and cyber resilience when responding to an incident.
  • 10.10 – 10.40Advising directors in a post BHS world — Panel discussion on the BHS decision and other recent director duty cases, including practical guidance for professionals advising directors.
