Outline:

Join us for a technical debate on the evolution of Restructuring Plans in the mid-market. Following the well-attended session last summer, this event builds on the theme of exploring the use of RPs in the mid-market and regions and considers their use in the last year. We aim to cover the key issues regarding key learnings and insights, costs and how they fit in to the restructuring toolkit.

The panel will be chaired by Steph Baker of Grant Thornton and will hear from those directly involved in RPs including Sarah Foster (Addleshaw Goddard), Sarah Teal (Shoosmiths), Andy Charters (Grant Thornton) and Jennifer Morgan (Insolvency Service).

As this is a very current topic in the industry we anticipate this will be a fantastic way to hear views of those involved, those in the local market and to network with like-minded people in the profession.
