The session focuses on a recovery driven by transactions, with PwC’s Restructuring M&A team joined by specialists in Debt Advisory and Operational Restructuring to discuss the key issues for corporates and advisers operating in the transactional marketplace through Q3, Q4 and beyond.

Particular attention will be given to the industrial manufacturing sector and its role in the Midlands’ economic recovery.
