What to Expect
R3’s refreshed Employee Working Group will hold its first meeting in London on Tuesday 19 September 2023.
The group is intended for ERA practitioners with an interest or substantial involvement in ERA issues and the crossover between employment law and insolvency.
Its objectives are to share knowledge, promote best practice, and engage with key stakeholders including the Insolvency Service, the Redundancy Payments Service, HMRC, Recognised Professional Bodies and the Employment Tribunal Service.
This first meeting will bring the ERA community together and help set the agenda for future meetings.
The formal meeting will run from 2pm to 4pm, followed by a drinks reception on a roof terrace overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral, weather permitting.
The event is hosted by Gateley Legal, with Gateley Legal and Teneo Financial Advisory co-chairing the group on behalf of R3.
