What to Expect

The R3 Leadership Development Programme is a pathway to confident, resilient and effective leadership in the restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession.

Designed for people stepping into management or looking to strengthen their leadership skills, the programme uses interactive scenarios and practical exercises based on situations encountered in the profession. With real-time feedback, participants gain the confidence and tools to manage teams, lead change and handle workplace challenges effectively.

The programme is aimed at new managers, aspiring leaders and team leaders working in the restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession.

Participants will develop a clear understanding of what makes a great manager, build confidence in managing people, performance and conflict, and gain practical tools for networking, business development and communication.

The programme also covers time management, resilience and managing pressure, and includes a personal workbook, supporting resources and a one-to-one coaching session with an experienced trainer to help each participant develop a leadership style that works for them.
