What to Expect

This course is designed for junior administrators with 0 to 3 years’ experience and other insolvency professionals, including junior solicitors.

The R3 Practical Introduction to Insolvency Work Series provides essential training to help junior staff develop core skills. Drawing on the experience of leading practitioners working with current legislation and recent cases, the series uses real-life case studies and interactive exercises to show how insolvency practices and processes are applied in the workplace.

Participants also receive detailed course notes and podcasts covering the technical framework for each type of insolvency procedure.

Day 3 focuses on liquidations, including MVLs, CVLs and compulsory liquidations. It covers preparation of a Statement of Affairs, practical aspects of investigations, and interviewing directors.

This course carries 7 hours of CPD.
