What to Expect
Outline:
How to unify rather than divide, with a more human approach to how we work. Inclusion is not a one-way street. As we reflect on International Women’s Day, we invite both men and women to explore how empathy can create more fairness within our organisations.
Coach and Champion of Change Seb Randle will share his journey as Head of Allyship at Bloom North, offering insights on how empathy and a human approach opened his awareness to the female experience. An interactive breakout session will give attendees the chance to reflect on their own experiences with empathy, and discuss how small actions can accelerate inclusivity and understanding in our workplaces.
Your ticket will include a sandwich lunch, networking and the interactive session with Seb.
To encourage both women and men to attend we have an acceleration ticket. This ticket is to encourage women to bring along a male colleague to event. Meaningful change happens when we stand together and the aim of the event is to foster conversations that promote inclusion and empathy. For that to be as effective as possible we need to ensure that both men and women are in the room.
We look forward to seeing you there!
