The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act received Royal Assent on 26 June 2020 and introduces the biggest reforms to the UK’s insolvency framework for almost 20 years.

This joint virtual event on 30 June explores the corporate governance changes introduced by the Act, with contributions from BEIS subject experts.

A further joint virtual event on 7 July will examine the insolvency aspects of the new Act.
