Connected Party Sales – Uptake, Availability, Risk and Compliance

What to Expect

R3’s Northern regions invite insolvency practitioners and solicitors to a timely discussion on connected party sales.

With government restrictions on winding-up petitions due to end on 30 September 2021, many expect an increase in director-appointed administrations, with connected party sales likely to feature prominently.

The session explores the new connected party sales regulations introduced in April 2021 through a panel discussion bringing together participants from a range of professional backgrounds. Attendees will be able to ask questions on uptake, availability, risk and compliance, both in advance and during the session.

The event also includes a technical update from R3 on SIP 9 payments to office holders and their associates.
