What to Expect

The R3 North East Region is pleased to welcome Caroline Sumner, R3 Technical and Education Director, who will deliver a presentation on GDPR one year on.

She will reflect on what has been learned about the ICO’s approach since the Data Protection Regulations came into force in May 2018, the profession’s current key concerns around compliance, and what R3 plans to do over the next 12 months to help insolvency practitioners resolve these issues. She will also provide an update on R3’s current policy work.
