Part 26A for SMEs: What You Need to Consider

The reported cases so far on Part 26A have all been in relation to large companies. How can those cases be applied to SME’s? How would the procedure work? The session will involve the discussion of an example case where the Part 26A could be used for an SME to seek to rescue the company and avoid a formal insolvency procedure.
