Connected Party Sales – Uptake, Availability, Risk and Compliance

The R3 Northern regions, are pleased to invite you to a timely and valuable discussion around connected party sales.

With Government restrictions on winding up petitions set to end on 30 September 2021, many are predicting a surge in director appointed administrations with connected party sales likely to be high on the list of options.

With the new Regulations on connected party sales having come into force in April of this year, our headline topic for this event will be a panel discussion session featuring a range of participants from various backgrounds answering your questions on all topics from uptake and availability to risk and compliance.  We hope this session will prepare insolvency practitioners and solicitors alike for dealing with the new regulations, providing with an all-encompassing view on this new regime.  Questions can be submitted in advance as well as live during the session.

This event will also feature a welcomed technical update from R3, focussing on SIP9 payments to office holders and their associates, delivered by R3’s Head of Technical Ben Luxford.
