Phil Reynolds of FRP will be examining recent developments in the use of CVAs, the impact of the changes to HRMC preferential status on CVAs both large and small and what next for the use of the process.
Phil will be joined by Bill Mills the Founder and CEO of Explore Learning as to the experience of the CVA process from the Company side and what happens after the CVA completes and by Laurence Raeburn-Smith Head of Retail Policy at the British Property Federation as to what their members need to see for the BPF to provide a recommendation to support.
