Some key practical questions are considered such as what you should now be doing on Day 1 of an appointment, how to deal with the books and records of a company or individual and if you can still sell a company's customer base as an asset.
Finally, R3 considers those aspects of compliance which are unclear and where R3 have sought additional guidance from the ICO.
