Kelly Jordan - Partner, Muckle LLP

Kelly is a Partner at Muckle LLP. She is an experienced lawyer specialising in all aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters (corporate and personal) including both contentious and non-contentious work. She acts on behalf of insolvency practitioners, companies, individuals, lenders, creditors and other stakeholders on a wide range of matters. Kelly re-joined Muckle in July 2024, having spent many years at the firm previously. Kelly was also a partner at a top 20 firm and, more recently, an associate director and in-house lawyer at a leading litigation finance business. She has been recognised by Legal 500 as a leading individual and was ranked in Chambers and Partners. In 2012, Kelly completed a secondment to The Royal Bank of Scotland’s Global Restructuring Group.
