Amy advises on a broad range of financial transactions, with a focus on restructurings and insolvency. Her experience includes advising on administrations, liquidations, schemes of arrangement and other formal insolvency processes, as well as leveraged finance and real estate finance. Her clients include insolvency practitioners, companies in financial difficulties and their directors and shareholders, banks, alternative finance providers and corporate borrowers. Amy is on the IFT NextGen committee and holds the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency with distinction.
