Helen Jeffery - Senior Policy Advisor,The Insolvency Service

Helen is a Senior Policy Advisor in the Insolvency Service, and her role involves the design, development, and implementation of insolvency policy on behalf of Government.  She is currently working on a consultation regarding the future of insolvency regulation and previously worked with HM Treasury on a project to introduce a new Breathing Space Scheme, for individuals experiencing problem debt. Prior to joining the Policy team, Helen was the Deputy Head of Intelligence, assisting in the development of an Intelligence-led investigation capability for the Insolvency Service. Helen was previously Deputy Official Receiver, in Croydon.
