Allan has been involved in the insolvency profession for 39 years, entirely with Poppleton & Appleby in Manchester. Allan qualified as licenced insolvency practitioner in 2006, and has taken appointments for the last 15 years. Primarily operating in the SME market, Allan has handled over 1,000 insolvencies in both corporate and individual spheres. A member of R3 North west committee for 9 years, was honoured to become Chair in 2020.
