Graham is a Chartered Surveyor with over 21 years’ post qualification experience.  Graham began his career at Colliers Erdman Lewis in London before spending 12 years at KPMG.  In April 2016, Graham left his role as national Head of KPMG's Real Estate Advisory Services team to set up PHD Property Advisory.

Graham specialises in working alongside insolvency practitioners, private equity firms and company directors, providing independent property advice to maximise value and minimise liabilities from stressed and distressed companies.

Graham also works alongside expanding businesses, across all sectors. He advises on and implements property and asset management strategies, which complement the client’s wider business objectives.
