Caroline Clark 
Insolvency Practitioner and Director, RMCSC

Caroline Clark is an insolvency practitioner and director of RMCSC, the highly respected insolvency compliance consultancy she set up in 2012 to provide high quality, independent, insolvency and anti money laundering technical and compliance advice to insolvency practitioners.   

Caroline began her career in insolvency more than 35 years ago and she has extensive experience in both personal and corporate insolvencies. Caroline has specialised in insolvency regulation and compliance since 1994 and her unique career includes nearly five years as an inspector for JIMU as well as a national responsibility for insolvency compliance and regulation for three major firms. Caroline also writes articles about technical and compliance matters affecting insolvency practitioners. 

Caroline qualified as an insolvency practitioner in 1991, graduated with an MBA in 1999 and qualified as a mediator in 2015. Caroline is a fellow of R3 and the IPA.
