Justin Dionne

Justin joined the Insolvency Service as a trainee examiner after graduating with a degree in Accounting & Finance. His career has spanned a number of key operational postings, including Official Receiver for London and Southend and Public Interest Unit. Justin has held his current role as Chief Technical Officer since June 2018.  His current teams provide technical insolvency advice across the Insolvency Service, which includes the Redundancy Payments Service and take the strategic lead on high-profile insolvencies. 

Justin is a qualified accountant and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
