Steve Illes - Antony Batty & Company LLP

Steve is a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in the profession, working for both Baker Tilly and BDO prior to his move to Antony Batty & Co and has dealt with both personal and corporate appointments.  His time at Baker Tilly working for Louise Brittain provided him with experience across a range of contentious and high profile insolvency appointments, including proceeds of crime and provisional liquidations appointments.  More recently Steve has been dealing with fraud matters ranging from failure to register for VAT, the liquidation of a convenient and off licensing chain with a HMRC claim in the region of £12m and the fraudulent transfer, post liquidation, of bounce back funds.
