Peter has been at the heart of the property restructuring team at KPMG and more recently, Interpath, for more than 20 years. He leads relationships with the landlord community and has been involved in some of the largest CVA proposals seen in the market in the last 15 years. He also consulted on the Government’s COVID arrears arbitration legislation and has co-authored our profession’s guidance on best practice regarding CVAs.
