Robin Lewis - Head of Service Delivery, NEST
Robin is the current Head of Service Delivery for Nest. He has been with the organisation since 2012 and has 10 years’ experience in the industry. Having held a number of positions within the business he has worked within product and operational strategy and longer term aims for Nest before moving into his current role within operations. This has led him to focus on the issues customers are facing when engaging with their pension provider and implementing improvements to alleviate problems
