Nick Vail is a policy adviser in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. Nick’s responsibilities cover many policy areas, including reform of limited partnerships and reform of the register of companies. Nick has been working on the extension to filings requirements for all entities introduced by the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill.
