David Leitch is lead for Company Law Frameworks in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. David’s responsibilities cover policy sponsorship of Companies House and the Insolvency Service. David has been leading on the AGM provisions in the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill.
