Charles is a partner in Opus Business Advisory. He is an experienced restructuring and insolvency specialist, typically working with owner managed businesses and individuals, helping to manage financial stress. He is a specialist in legal and other professional practices as well as the Charity and not for profit sector and the Education sector. He has been appointed to act as an Interim Manager of distressed charities on behalf of the Charity Commission as well as acting for charities in successful turnaround roles.

Charles is an R3 Council Member and Chair of the R3 Training and Development Committee. He also serves as a member of IPA Disciplinary committee and is a former President of the IPA, a leading regulator.
