Nick is a partner with 30 years’ experience in the restructuring and insolvency industry. He undertakes advisory work for banks, financial institutions, companies and directors on all issues arising out of restructuring distressed businesses. He has been retained by many boards of directors to advise them on their duties in some of the highest profile and most complex assignments. Nick acts for UK and international insolvency practitioners in investigation and asset tracing work, specialising in cross-border cases. He frequently advises stakeholders on the recovery of dissipated assets throughout the world and has considerable experience of the investigatory powers of international insolvency processes.
