Sam has over 20 years' experience in private practice focusing on professional and financial risks. In addition, Sam was Head of Regulatory Management at the Solicitors Regulation Authority for three years. She led the SRA's Financial Stability Programme and the Intensive Supervision of the largest law firms facing fi nancial challenge, including many significant law firms not in the public arena. Sam led the regulatory supervision of the largest law firms facing financial pressures, including a significant number that recovered financially, as well as all of the high profile collapses.
