Compliance On Call

Gareth undertakes friendly, but challenging compliance visits to IPs to minimise the risk of regulatory action being taken against them. He identifies statutory and SIP defaults and risk areas, and suggests solutions to the issues identified. Gareth worked for the Insolvency Service until 2002, latterly as head of the Insolvency Practitioner Compliance Unit where he was responsible for monitoring IPs licensed by the Secretary of State and the Recognised Professional Bodies. He then headed up ACCA's insolvency monitoring unit undertaking regulatory monitoring visits to IPs. In 2006 he joined Bill Burch at Compliance On Call and they now undertake compliance visits to over 150 clients as well as trying to influence the regulators.
