Michelle is a partner in the Compliance Alliance, supporting insolvency practitioners by providing document packs, technical assistance, compliance reviews and education via webinars.  Michelle also blogs as the Insolvency Oracle with a wide audience of insolvency professionals keen to advance their technical knowledge. Michelle spent 15 years working in insolvency practices and then 7 years at the IPA largely as its Head of Regulatory Standards and Monitoring, before stretching out on her own 7 years’ ago as a consultant to insolvency practitioners. For several years, Michelle worked as a member of the R3 SPG Committee, but she now sits on R3’s General Technical Committee.
