REGIONAL MEETING - The R3 Southern & Thames Valley Committee would like to invite our regional colleagues to attend our first regional meeting of 2025.

REGIONAL MEETING - The R3 Southern & Thames Valley Committee would like to invite colleagues to attend our first regional meeting of 2025. We look forward to reconnecting and networking with regional members.
Upon arrival, tea and coffee will be provided. Should you prefer an alternative beverage, kindly feel free to purchase it from the bar. The meeting will take place in the function room located upstairs.
Following the conclusion of the meeting, some members, including several committee members, will be joining us for dinner at the Empress of Blandings, Hampshire. You are most welcome to join our table; please note that the dinner bill will be shared among participants. An option to join the dinner will be available during the booking process.
Please note: If you are staying for dinner:
• You must book with us in advance and before Wednesday 5 February.
• You must confirm your menu selection before Wednesday 12 February.
• The meal will be served promptly at 7.45 pm.
The venue is keeping its kitchen open for the event, but must have advance orders, and will be serving food promptly at 7.45 pm.
