Contentious Insolvency and Creditors Forum 2025

R3 are excited to launch the 2025 Contentious Insolvency and Creditors Forum, taking place on 19 June in London.

The aim of the 1-day conference is to discuss various issues relevant to creditors and those who practice contentious insolvency and asset recovery. It will also consider contentious aspects of the restructuring process including issues arising out of cross border proceedings.

This Forum has been developed for practitioners with an interest or substantial practice in contentious aspects of insolvency and restructuring with the aim of bringing together the community of practitioners, solicitors, barristers, institutional creditors, non-performing loan funds, e-discovery specialists, investigators and litigation funders to network and hear the latest updates in the profession.

R3 Bursary Scheme

R3 is dedicated to encouraging greater diversity and inclusion across our training and events. To this end we have introduced the R3 bursary scheme to encourage attendance at R3 events by those members for whom financial constraints preclude attendance at ticketed events. The scheme is open to all R3 members who are unable to attend our events and training courses due to financial constraints and who would otherwise miss out on professional development opportunities in restructuring, turnaround and insolvency.

For CICF  2025 we are offering two conference places and up to £150 towards travel expenses. Applications are open to all R3 members but you must have prior confirmation of support from your employer to attend the conference.
