The R3 Annual Conference returns for 2025 taking place in Malta

Embracing change – shaping the profession to be fit for the future

R3’s 2025 Annual Conference will take place in St Julian’s, Malta. This year’s conference theme ‘Embracing change – shaping the profession to be fit for the future’ and will explore how we can embrace, harness and drive change to shape the profession, so it is fit for the future.

We will focus on:

• Attracting and Developing Talent – Nurturing the people who will drive the profession forward.

• Adopting Transformative Technologies – Implementing tools and innovations that elevate how we work.

• Adapting to New Expectations and Environments – Enhancing our agility to respond to evolving demands from stakeholders

• Building Strategic Partnerships – Forming relationships that expand our capabilities and reach.

• Delivering Future-Focused Solutions – Evolving to address today’s needs and tomorrow’s opportunities.

As well as engaging technical sessions there will also be an exciting range of social and networking activities bringing delegates together. The conference will host around 250 delegates from across the UK’s leading restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession.

R3 Bursary Scheme

R3 is dedicated to encouraging greater diversity and inclusion across our training and events. To this end we have introduced the R3 bursary scheme to encourage attendance at R3 events by those members for whom financial constraints preclude attendance at ticketed events. The scheme is open to all R3 members who are unable to attend our events and training courses due to financial constraints and who would otherwise miss out on professional development opportunities in restructuring, turnaround and insolvency. For the R3 Annual Conference 2025 we are offering two conference places with two nights accommodation and up to £500 towards travel expenses. Applications are open to all R3 members but you must have prior confirmation of support from your employer to attend the conference.
